Shipping Costs Overview
Please note that the shipping costs displayed on this page include the applicable German VAT of 19%. The amount of the final shipping costs may differ depending on the sales tax applicable in the destination country. For orders to other countries the German VAT amount will then be deducted and the applicable VAT rate for the destination country calculated in the shopping cart and at the checkout.
Within Germany we deliver free of charge, if the order amount incl. tax exceeds 120.00 Euro. However, we reserve the right to subsequently impose the costs if the free shipping limit is exceeded by a later partial revocation. For orders within Germany up to 120.00 Euro we charge 5.90 Euro for the standard delivery per order for shipping and handling. The delivery is carried out by a courier service of our choice.
Alternatively, at your request you can choose your preferred delivery by DHL or Hermes (from an order value of 120.00 Euro less 5.90 Euro). It is then possible, to enter a parcel shop of your choice as delivery address:

Express Shipping
Deliveries via DHL Express are only available within Germany. Express delivery is only possible for goods on stock and payment received before 09:00 hrs. Delivery takes place Mon-Fri. You can choose this service before placing the order. Providing your mobile phone number is mandatory for Express. Please note that DHL makes all reasonable efforts to deliver the shipment within the express delivery times, but these time limits are not guaranteed. The costs depend on the parcel size and weight, from an order value of 120.00 Euro less 5.90 Euro:

International delivery
We only deliver to the following countries of the European Union (EU): Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Slovenia and the following countries of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA): Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
Free shipping abroad is not possible, but for orders over 120.00 Euro we charge postage less 5.90 Euro. Delivery is handled by DHL. International.International shipping costs depend on size and weight of products and is calculated and shown in your virtual shopping cart before you complete your order. Any additional costs and charges that arise from international handling, such as import taxes and duties, will be the responsibility the customer.
