Shipping Costs Overview
Please note that the shipping costs displayed on this page include the applicable German VAT of 19%. The amount of the final shipping costs may differ depending on the sales tax applicable in the destination country. For orders to other countries the German VAT amount will then be deducted and the applicable VAT rate for the destination country calculated in the shopping cart and at the checkout.
Directed to consumers: Within Germany we deliver free of charge, if the order amount incl. tax exceeds 95.00 Euro. However, we reserve the right to subsequently impose the costs if the free shipping limit is exceeded by a later partial revocation. For orders within Germany up to 95.00 Euro we charge 4.90 Euro for the standard delivery per order for shipping and handling. The delivery is carried out by a courier service of our choice.
Alternatively, at your request you can choose your preferred delivery by DHL, GLS or Hermes:

Express Shipping
Deliveries via DHL Express are only available within Germany. Please note that DHL makes all reasonable efforts to deliver the shipment within the express delivery times, but these time limits are not guaranteed. The costs depend on the parcel weight:

International delivery
We only deliver to countries within the European Union EU (except Austria, Faroe Islands, France, Greenland, Aland Islands, Mount Athos, UK Channel Islands, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and North Cyprus) and the European Free Trade Association EFTA -Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)- (except Bouvet island, Svalbard and JanMayen). Any additional costs and charges that arise from international handling, such as import taxes and duties, will be the responsibility the customer.

Zone 2: Denmark (except the Faroe Islands, Greenland), Finland (except Aland), France, Portugal (except the Azores, Madeira), Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) and Sweden
In Denmark, Finland and Sweden deliveries are made directly to the parcel shop.
