the corona epidemic has now spread across the globe and there are constantly new restrictions in parcel delivery.
We as an online shop are also affected. The first delivery bottlenecks are already showing and we can no longer guarantee that the ordered goods will actually be delivered. This applies in particular to orders from abroad. Parcels may no longer be delivered.
Important! Some courier services only deliver parcels contactless. The deliverer rings the doorbell and places the parcel 2 meters away. If the recipient is not there, parcels will be returned to us immediately. We therefore urge you to track the consignments with the help of the tracking number provided by us and, at best, to issue a permit to leave your delivery outside or with a neighbour. There is no second delivery attempt. We will deduct any additional costs incurred due to a return from your refund. Furthermore, we reserve the right, especially for international shipments, to ship with a different parcel courier company than the one you selected in the shopping cart.
At the moment all parcel companies are heavily overloaded and there are longer waiting times for your deliveries. Just give the drivers a few more days and have some understanding for late deliveries. We continue to pack and despatch all orders the same respectively the following day.

DHL/German Post and GLS
Normally, during the ordering process, you had the choice of whether to forward your email to the parcel delivery company, but unusual times sometimes require changes. Therefore, the forwarding of e-mails is now a mandatory field. This is a help for the delivery company, as they can contact you directly if necessary.
We receive a large part of our goods directly from the manufacturers abroad. There are already massive delays. We currently do not know if and when we do have unavailable products back in stock again.
Until further notice, we no longer offer consultations on site. It was not an easy decision for me. Personal contact with you, our valued customers, is very important to me, because that distinguishes us from so many anonymous online shops, where there is "only" a call centre. We enjoy giving advice and customer contacts. For that we always get a lot of positive feedback from you.
We also have to limit personal collection of orders on site. If we have always enjoyed to have a chat with you, we are now placing the packages for you outside the door of the warehouse. There is no longer any personal handover.
I ask all of you for your understanding of the measures and I sincerely hope that the world will somehow overcome this pandemic.

Directed to consumers: Within Germany we deliver free of charge, if the order amount incl. tax exceeds 75.00 Euro. However, we reserve the right to subsequently impose the costs if the free shipping limit is exceeded by a later partial revocation. For orders within Germany up to 75.00 Euro we charge 4.90 Euro for the standard delivery per order for shipping and handling. The delivery is carried out by a courier service of our choice. Alternatively, at your request you can choose your preferred delivery by DHL, GLS or Hermes. For that we charge 6.40 Euro up to 10 kg and 10.40 Euro from 10 kg.
Directed to entrepreneurs (within Germany): The shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the delivery and are at the expense of the entrepreneur:

Any additional costs and charges that arise from international handling, such as import taxes and duties, will be the responsibility the customer. Please note that not all of our products are shipped to other foreign countries, especially nutrition. If you added food to your cart no choice of shipping method will be available even if you additionally placed items from other categories in the cart.
