Payment methods
To consumers we offer the following payment methods:

Bank transfer/SEPA
If you choose the payment method payment in advance you have to transfer the purchase price on receipt of the email confirming your order. We disclose our bank details in email. Please note that depending on the bank it can take 1-3 days until receipt of payment. Your order will be handled and dispatched after payment is received.

Apple Pay
The Apple Pay payment method is only available on compatible devices such as iPhone or iPad. If you choose this payment method, the payment data you have stored on your device will be used. The verification is done with the Face ID or Touch ID. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Bancomat
The Bancomat Pay payment method enables Bancomat customers to pay via their app. After selecting the Bancomat payment method, you enter your mobile number and confirm the payment via the app using a PIN, fingerprint or face recognition. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Bancontact
The payment method Bancontact is for our customers having an account with a Belgium bank. These are: Dexia, Fortis, ING, Fortis, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank or VDK Sparkasse. You can pay for your order with your debit card. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Belfius DirectNet
The payment method Belfius DIRECT NET is for our customers having an account with the Belfius bank. Being one of the largest Belgium banks Belfius offers its own payment solution for its customer. This way, Belfius customers can transfer monies in real-time in their own familiar banking environment. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Blik
The Blik payment method is specifically for our customers with a Polish bank account. If you choose the Blik payment method, you enter the code from your Blik app and confirm the payment. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Credit Card
If you choose the payment method credit card, you can pay conveniently pay with American Express, Cartes Bancaires, MasterCard and / or Visa. Your credit card will be debited upon completion of the order. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

iDEAL
The payment method iDEAL is for our customers, who would like to make a direct payment with a Dutch account. You need an account with a Dutch bank activated for online banking. Amongst others ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers. You will be redirected to the online banking page of your bank, you then have to enter your customer details and make the bank transfer. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

KBC/CBC Payment Button
The KBC focuses on the Dutch-speaking population of Belgium, while the CBC is fully francophone. The KBC / CBC payment button allows customers of both banks to easily pay for their online purchases in their familiar online banking environment. The payment will be processed immediately and your order can be processed and dispatched.

Klarna Pay now
The Pay now payment method allows you to choose from two payment methods. After the purchase you will be redirected to the Klarna payment page and choose either instant transfer or direct debit. For instant transfers, you have to enter your online banking details to log into your bank account. For direct debits, you have to be registered with Klarna or first register, legitimatise yourself with your login details and confirm payment to us. Pay now is available to customers residing in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium (no direct debit) and Finland (no direct debit). Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

PayPal
The PayPal payment method enables our customers of countries in the Euro area to use the electronic PayPal procedure to pay for the order. You must be registered with PayPal or first register, legitimatise yourself with your login details and confirm payment to us. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Przelewy24
The Przelewy24 payment method enables our Polish customers to make online payments through many Polish banks, international credit cards and various other payment methods such as SMS. Payments via Przelewy24 are confirmed directly, so your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Trustly
If you choose the Trustly payment method, you can conveniently pay directly online via your bank account. After selecting, you authenticate the transaction via your online banking. Trustly processes the payment in real time. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

Twint
The Twint payment method is for our customers from Switzerland. If you choose this payment method, the TWINT app opens on your smartphone. When shopping on a tablet or notebook, open your TWINT app and scan the QR code on the screen. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.

B2B
For entrepreneurs we only offer the method payment in advance via bank transfer/SEPA.

Payment Provider
To accept payment made by Apple Pay, Bancomat, Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, Blik, Credit Card (American Express, Cartes Bancaires, MasterCard, Visa), iDEAL, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Klarna Pay now, Przelewy24, TRustly and Twint we chose the online payment service provider Mollie B.V, Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands, who processes the payments.

Cash/Checks
Sending of cash and/or checks is not possible. We reserve the right, to automatically cancel your order if no payment is received within 5 calendar days after your order was confirmed.

SSL-Encryption
In order to protect your data during the order process, we encrypt it with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). You can tell by the padlock icon in the address bar of the browser that your web browser displays during an SSL connection. SSL ensures a secure data transmission over the Internet.
