Payment methods
To our customers we offer the following payment methods:
If you choose the payment method payment in advance you have to transfer the purchase price on receipt of the email confirming your order. We disclose our bank details in email. Please note that depending on the bank it can take 1-3 days until receipt of payment. Your order will be handled and dispatched after payment is received.
The Apple Pay payment method is only available on compatible devices such as iPhone or iPad. If you choose this payment method, the payment data you have stored on your device will be used. The verification is done with the Face ID or Touch ID. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
The payment method Bancontact is for our customers having an account with a Belgium bank. These are: Dexia, Fortis, ING, Fortis, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank or VDK Sparkasse. You can pay for your order with your debit card. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
If you choose the payment method credit card, you can pay conveniently pay with your card. Your credit card will be debited upon completion of the order. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
The Google Pay payment method allows you to pay with the card stored in your Google Wallet. The payment is made via fingerprint or face scan. Your order can be processed and shipped immediately.
The payment method iDEAL is for our customers, who would like to make a direct payment with a Dutch account. You need an account with a Dutch bank activated for online banking. Amongst others ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers. You will be redirected to the online banking page of your bank, you then have to enter your customer details and make the bank transfer. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
The Pay now payment method allows you to choose from two payment methods. After the purchase you will be redirected to the Klarna payment page and choose either instant transfer or direct debit. For instant transfers, you have to enter your online banking details to log into your bank account. For direct debits, you have to be registered with Klarna or first register, legitimatise yourself with your login details and confirm payment to us. Pay now is available to customers residing in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium (no direct debit) and Finland (no direct debit). Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
The PayPal payment method enables our customers of countries in the Euro area to use the electronic PayPal procedure to pay for the order. You must be registered with PayPal or first register, legitimatise yourself with your login details and confirm payment to us. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
The Twint payment method is for our customers from Switzerland. If you choose this payment method, the TWINT app opens on your smartphone. When shopping on a tablet or notebook, open your TWINT app and scan the QR code on the screen. Your order can be processed and dispatched immediately.
Payment Provider
To accept payment made by Apple Pay, Bancontact, Credit Card, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna Pay now, Przelewy24 and Twint we chose the online payment service provider Mollie B.V, Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands, who processes the payments.
Cash/Checks
Sending of cash and/or checks is not possible. We reserve the right, to automatically cancel your order if no payment is received within 5 calendar days after your order was confirmed.
SSL-Encryption
In order to protect your data during the order process, we encrypt it with Secure Socket Layer (SSL). You can tell by the padlock icon in the address bar of the browser that your web browser displays during an SSL connection. SSL ensures a secure data transmission over the Internet.
