There are many questions that are asked again and again. That is why we want to offer you a small overview here, where you might already find the answer to your question:

We do not have a local store, but you are welcome to pick up your goods personally in Paderborn (Germany). As usual, you place your order online and choose the delivery method “Click & Collect”. In addition, we will then offer you a 3% discount on your order. We are happy to send you the discount code in advance by email.
When we have received your payment, we will immediately prepare your order for collection. Goods with the note “Delivery time: 1-3 business days” are usually available on the same day. You will receive an email as soon as your goods are packed.

By bus
From the Westerntor take line 7 or 8 to stop “Steubenstraße” – turn left onto Benhauser Str. – 1st street immediately turn right into Karl-Schurz-Str. – cross the zebra crossing 1st street left into Friedrich-List-Str.
From the city centre
From Heierswall turn left, from Gierswall turn right on the Detmolder Str. towards Marienloh – 8th street turn right into Steubenstr. – past the furniture store Roller over the intersection onto Karl-Schurz-Str. – 1st street turn left into Friedrich-List-Str.
From the A33 towards Paderborn
Exit Paderborn Zentrum – on the B64 towards direction Höxter / Bad Driburg – 3rd exit Paderborn-Ost / Gewerbegebiet Benhauser Feld – you are on the George-Marshall-Ring – straight on over the traffic lights intersection – turn left into Karl-Schurz-Str. – 4th street on your right into Friedrich-List-Str.
Our warehouse is in the third building on the right side. Free parking is available next to the building. From there you can also see the entrance to the office behind the front house.
We ask for your understanding that you cannot select and / or buy any other goods on site, so please order them online first.

Should you organise a logistic company to pick up your goods, the freight forwarder appointed by you can pick up your goods at the address stated above.
We generally do NOT deliver to packing stations or p.o. boxes. However instead of standard shipping, you have the option of selecting Hermes or DHL as the shipping method in either your cart and/or in step 3 of the checkout.
If you select Hermes, you can enter a Hermes parcel shop as your delivery address; if you select DHL, you can enter a post office or a DHL parcel shop.
Please note that parcel shops and post offices are delivery addresses, not billing addresses. You must therefore enter your home address in step 1 of the order process, tick the box next to “Ship delivery to a different address?” and enter the address of your parcel shop.
We deliver directly to Switzerland, but if you want to save yourself the high shipping costs and customs clearance hassle, we recommend the service of MeinEinkauf GmbH.
That’s how it works:
You register for free on meineinkauf.ch. You will have to enter your postal address in Switzerland and you will then receive your very own @meineinkauf.ch email address for your orders with us.
Now you can shop at our website. It is important that you use the @meineinkauf.ch email address when placing your order and enter the following as your shipping AND billing address:

We recommend that you also create an account with us and enter that address straight away.
When paying, please use credit card, PayPal or SEPA payment. Other payment methods result in an additional processing fee at MeinEinkauf GmbH.
We will deliver your order to the address listed above. MeinEinkauf GmbH then takes care of forwarding the delivery to your home in Switzerland. When your order is delivered, you will receive a separate invoice for the MeinEinkauf GmbH service fee. MeinEinkauf GmbH will bill you directly for all fees in accordance with their price list.
Please note that our delivery time and MeinEinkauf GmbH’s delivery time add up. As soon as we have sent your package to MeinEinkauf GmbH, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can also view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt on www.meineinkauf.ch on “Meine Bestellungen”.
A direct exchange of goods by post is unfortunately not possible. However, you can of course send your products back to us within the scope of your right of withdrawal and then order the desired goods again. Please note that you as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of pet beds and clothing in particular, we ask you to remove all dog and cat hair thoroughly. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge you for any professional cleaning that may be required.
Alternatively, we of course offer a direct exchange of products at our local warehouse.
As far as possible, we try to calculate our prices according to the recommended retail prices of the manufacturers of our products. There are no hidden costs for any additional fees, let alone a charge for a customer hotline.
All retailers in Germany are free in their pricing as it is regulated by the German market economy. So it may well be that you find products cheaper at another store. We do not make any promises to beat every price found on the internet, but if you want to send us a link to the product, we can tell you if we offer you the same price, an even better one, or not.
Please note, this only applies to new goods from an authorized German dealer who has the product in stock and not for clearance sales or dumping offers.
Basically, we always advise our customers to closely look at a “too cheap to be true” shop. Where is the company headquarters? What are the payment and shipping conditions? Is there a customer service? Is there a phone number at all? Does the shop actually ship its goods? Or is your package arriving from Asia? Is it the original product?
Not uncommonly, customers tell us about their experiences with competitors and then order from us again. This just proves to us, our offers cannot be so wrong!
Is there a minimum order amount? Yes, we process orders from a minimum order value of 10.00 Euro excluding delivery costs.
The products offered are sold to consumers in customary domestic quantities only.
All prices quoted on our website include the applicable statutory sales tax.
If you now place an order from a country of the European Free Trade Association EFTA, the export delivery is tax-free due to the tax exemption regulation of § 4 No. 1a in conjunction with § 6 UStG. The EFTA currently consists of the four states Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. As soon as you enter one of the aforementioned states as your country of delivery, the order will automatically be displayed without statutory sales tax.
If you create a customer account and have stored your delivery address there, the prices in the shop will also be displayed tax-free.
Please note that all additional costs and charges that arise from international handling, such as import taxes and duties are your responsibility. The import clearance is carried out by the parcel service commissioned by us.
If a product is temporarily unavailable, we offer you the option of being informed by email as soon as the product is back in stock. For products that are out of stock, you will find a form field where you can enter your email address for notification.
After signing up for product availability, you will receive a confirmation email with a link, which you must click to confirm that you actually want to receive a notification.
As soon as the product is back in stock, we will sent you an email.
The regulation against unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination (EU) 2018/302 of February 28, 2018 obliges us, as a retailer based in Germany, to offer our range of goods to all customers residing within the European Single Market.
However, we are not obliged to ship to all countries. We are free to choose our delivery area. Special legal regulations in various countries, such as the obligation to label goods with the
Triman logo in France or the appointment of a country-based authorized representative in Austria, are hardly or not at all feasible for us. We cannot force the manufacturers of our products and packaging to print the Triman logo, nor do we want to appoint an authorized representative abroad. Ergo, we no longer ship to these countries.
For example, if someone from Austria would like to order from us, he or she can conclude a sales contract with us, but the goods must either be picked up from us on site or the transport must be organized in some other way by the customer. There are various Parcel Shop companies, i.e. LogoiX and MK Express, who allow a German delivery address and then organize the onward shipment to the respective country. A common procedure, for example, for our customers from Switzerland.
We often receive requests for sponsoring of dog shows/events, tombola gifts and requests for donations. In Germany there are over 200 breeding clubs, in almost every town a dog school club, in addition numerous animal shelters and animal protection organizations.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to do justice to everyone. We regularly support institutions we personally know in our area. For furthers, no means are available. We therefore ask you to please refrain from inquiring about sponsoring.
Wishlists are a great way to save products for later, if you are not sure yet if you really want to buy them.
The wishlist feature in our shop is available to all logged in customers, so if you want to create a wishlist, you must first open a customer account and sign in to your account.
Now you can start. With every product you will find the option to add it to the wishlist. With the help of the wishlist you can save products that you like on your own personal list. You have the option to delete products on your wish list at any time or of course, you can also delete the wishlist completely.
